朱建谷、1945年12月4日生于陕西城固古路坝（西北联大），藉贯天津，现为中国国粹艺术书法传承人，两岸艺术文化交流大使，国家一级美术师，高级书法师，香港中国书法家协会终身荣誉主席，曾获中国书画500强百佳人物，东方之子-人民最喜爱的金奖艺术家，入编中国书法艺术家辞典。书法作品曾正式入选“一带一路”国礼，景德镇“中国名家-国礼名瓷”。书法《唐诗四首》被意大利博物馆收藏。2020年，和范迪安、崔如琢老师三人《一带一路—一代名师》作品集，由中国国际出版社出版发行。同年，出版中国艺术家朱建谷专辑。2021年2022年书法作品获迎亚运全国书画大赛金奖，收录《钢铁长城庆建军95周年、喜迎党的20大》大型文献类珍藏纪念邮册，并由主办方颁发“国礼艺术家”荣誉证书。2024年书法作品入选“文化中国~陶然自得一中国书画名家陶瓷艺术万里行”陶瓷制作活动；入选“我和我的祖国~庆祝建国75周年”中国当代艺术功勋人物大型文献类珍藏邮册；入选《国家一级书法师作品选集》；10月，和黄永玉、沈鹏、韩美林、史国良老师五人同编入《中国顶级名家收藏》一书，由中国国际出版社出版发行。2025年4月，由中国国际文化出版社出版庆祝故宫博物院建院100周年，五大文化核心人物一书，将朱建谷和苏士澍，李谷一，王志文，崔如琢四位名人一起，被推选为五大文化核心人物。原中书协主席苏士澍还撰写了《2025年新锐文化核心人物朱建谷获奖词》。5月，和范迪安、孙晓云两位主席一起三人的《翰墨春秋七十共寿》文化特派员风采录由中国（国际）文化出版社发行。作品荣获2025迎接“成都世界运动会”全国诗书画摄影大赛书法特别金奖。荣获香港中书协“国之瑰宝~艺术大典”展赛第二名。和范曾、孙晓云三人出书《今日中国~三大名家》，由中国国际出版社出版发行。11月入选《墨韵商道 共创辉煌》企业战略合作重点推荐艺术家；12月入选《峰鉴·一代大家的艺术造诣与市场传奇》；同月成为《国之瑰宝 艺苑巅峰》大红袍国礼艺术家；2026年1月作品入选《鼎级鉴藏 价值锚定》并且入选百强企业战略合作推荐艺术家；同月作为艺术家代表，以作品为2026年传扬两会精神献礼；3月与齐白石、张大千等入选《艺耀中华 时代艺术典范》视频展播工程；4月入选国家级大型微电影《孤本·匠心》，作品以传世孤本进行展播。
